Not only his parent are kage level, his mother is also an uzumaki, which gives him massive chakra amounts, add that the kyuubi is basically a chakra battery (doesnt know if it counts, but in the end of shipudden he got a part of the chakra of all the bijuu) he has the six path chakra that he can fly with and for the last bit, he has an arm made of the cells of Hashirama Senju, that could allow him to use Mokuton (If Danzo and Obito were able, he surely is)
