Liked the story until he got involved with the boy. To many hero stories already for me

This whole mystery part of what’s going on is just losing me. Why jut just explain everything it’s more annoying then suspense building. It’s not like there is any fighting going on or they are running from something so why not take the time to explain

I give 4 star ratings. I’m not a perfectionist but I’m not going to give a 5 star if the story doesn’t fulfill it.
