Thats because he isnt😆 Aku was only the brother of the Black Serpent's "REINCARNATION". Still, White Snake is actually Kiho's mother so she tolerated Aku as Kalel is VERY grateful of his brother for treating him with kindness (the way thier father couldnt) and gave his freedom. But she doent like Aku for using and bossing Kiho and for stealing the "Black Serpent's lair"

Yumi, the white snake, Kiho's mother sided with Aku cuz. she doesnt like the Surpreme, Tilly for her son. But she also doesnt like Aku cuz he act high and mighty for a "thief" and always USED Kiho for his gain under the banner of "We are family". Yumi sided with her son.
