Maybe it was harmless for the bully, but Floid hated it and so it wasn't harmless to him. He refused to be a part of a society that only antagonizes people that display their violent tendencies with physical actions. That was the first and only message in here, and so I immediately went to the settings of the chat and saw an invite button. Below it was 0/1. Because this sentence has already been said 1,000,000 times. We, the readers, are not that stupid. The author doesn't seem to know how to show and not tell. Even then, it's literally a perfectly normal, everyday conversation. Why must the author deepen it in order to show off the protagonist's edge?
