i would say that if i had a cheat that allowed me to maser any skills i wanted, then i would not need the sharingan, for normal skills you would master them normally and for genjutsu, you would just master genjutsu, he already has perfect control so it would not make sense and would feel forced, even the mangekyo wouldnt justify it because he isnt an uchiha and wouldnt be able to turn the thing off and it is documented as draining as hell, plus he woldnt have the political capital to keep it and couldnt hide it. the yamanaka and hyuga are things that exist
