idk why they do the at least amount of dmg. the skill says it negates 50% of the dmg so just double whatever you took. now maybe the charge was a skill, but still

i mean ... probably but like ummmm....its just one of those abilities that are just too broken at the higher level at this time. so maybe when he's fighting ranks of primordials he'll use it again, but he just has so many powerful AOE abilities idk if it even matters
