I would have wished for a passive, invisible protection ability that ensures I cannot be killed or seriously harmed by things I don’t understand or can’t anticipate, and it activates automatically without me needing to call on it.
I would have wished for comprehensive knowledge of all practical technologies and sciences up to the early industrial era—including agriculture, medicine, metallurgy, engineering, chemistry, and artisan crafts—as well as a deep understanding of multiple schools of magic, including elemental, healing, enchantment, and ritual magic.
I would have wished for an adaptive multiplier to learning, training, and growth, starting at 10x and increasing as I progress, with no negative side effects. For example, if I train in magic, martial arts, or crafts, my gains in skill, knowledge, and physical adaptation will be exponentially accelerated.

Thor hasn’t encountered every alien species in existence.
I’d wish for insight into scientific knowledge from movies, TV shows, games, and books—whether canon, fanfiction, or some profound sci-fi lore. You’d be shocked at what’s out there, especially in magi-tech, where science and magic blur in the best possible ways.
Bad idea, no telling what might happen and which deity he may piss-off
