She could say that it is quite similar to her old face, but covered with some scars and pigmentation. The original Reva was somewhat over-weighted! Reva is not against being chubby, but all she wants is a healthy body. In her previous life, she was also quite fat, and lazy to do exercise, but her boss was way more stricter about diet and exercise, and being a blind follower, she followed him. I said 'fellow women' because in such situations the woman is usually always insulted more than the powerful men who provided her with the funds or the rotten system that accepts such practices. This isn't an insult on the writing but more on the character. For someone who has suffered so much you would expect the FL to know better than make these specific assumptions... but then again this is what humans are like
