Momonga could feel their souls stored in Nazarick, even though their bodies were turned into ash. There had to be some way to return them to life, and he needed to find a way. Anyway, as I am swayed in the arms of a woman who I assume to be a nurse. My eyes slowly adjust and what I see around doesn't look at all like a hospital. I see that the woman who I assume to be my mother is lying on a filthy bed with a pool of blood coming from between her legs. She has sweaty wavy hair and rags as clothes.
