This led me to another reason, Vampires are prideful and overly arrogant – simple as that. If Raizel and his team were to try taking these guys over then highly likely, the vampires will fight back which once again topples the plan. I truly appreciate your suggestion, but it will not work. Though the thing about repopulating the noble race in DxD like how Devils reincarnate others to repopulate their race is possible. I won't spoil anything but just remember, it is a possibility so stay tuned. Also just to clarify things, the team will not stay as a small-scale organization. I had plans for that already and you can also see that It is growing rapidly.
