I guess memories aren't attached with emotions? If you have something bad happen to you, you attach emotion to that moment and it become a very good lesson. Without the emotion, it's no different than seeing it on TV I guess We know there are horrors happening in the world, we may have seen it on TV, but we haven't lived trough it. I guess it's something similar for sharing memories?
