For anyone wondering, I decided to use the 12 hour clock and not the 24 hour clock. This is because I would have to go back and forth between a table every single time I would want to use the time (I never use the 24 hour clock). Similarly, I also decided to go first names first instead of last names like they do in Japan. If you guys prefer last names first and a 24 hour clock then lmk, tho I don't think it is that big a deal right?
