So he was one of if not the most powerful person on the 98th floor and what? He forgot what Mana was and had to have an epiphany to be able to unlock his Mana (which is something he has done before) essentially completing the 1st step you must take to start a journey to the tower................. if you are writing a reincarnation protagonist he needs to be able to breeze through things he has comprehended before... or it is just dumb, like this.
Does every character here know they are characters in a novel... because that the only way these over the top performances and dialogue by them make any sense. I get it, you are trying to go for the suave, wise immortal but good God it is pretentious. And therefore a really hard read.
There is always a line where killing is the best answer, it may be a constantly shifting one and annoyingly beholden to the context of the situation. But don't be fooled, it is there whether it is fiction or reality. Peter is coming across a bit too trigger happy to be honest even though I'd put tombstone in the kill on sight category. Gwen suffers from what most heroes do and a flaw most none of them overcome. Their refusal to truly end evil, they make themselves a part of a cycle that just keeps killing innocents and causing pain. I hope in the story Gwen grows past this, but not cheaply. Any significant change to someone's world view is not easy, it is crushing. In whatever way that manifests. The line that never moves in the sand is killing children or other things with them. You do that and you should die. Thanos ~hello~
If you are unable to defend your own choices in writing then why write. You may find yourself to be wrong or you may not. But if you are not allowed to defend and explain your choices when confronted and insulted on it... well say goodbye to alot of writers. Its a matter of what's worse. Pissing a fan off and some who may share his opinion and the fervor behind, thus showing it is him who is writing the story and not everyone who is willing to insult to give his ideas. Or he could just capitulate. Let the toxicity potentially grow or embolden new people to do the same. Fan fiction has an bad trait among readers of it. Not all mind you but enough that it is known for it. Namely people who want their ideas of a fan fiction to be in it. The won't write their own but they will make sure the author knows that he was wrong for picking that idea instead of the one they thought was better... personally, author defend your points and ideas. This won't ever be a published novel so all those things like decorum aren't expected or required. Just do you, but of course don't go too far. Here, I don't think you did. Keep writing, I for one am just fine with the facts as they are right now.
Dude, it is a Fan-Fic. Do the vast majority of us care if some minor details like that are changed or missed. No, we don't. Concerning Chakra age and Sharingan awakening. So? You are telling me that this story becomes lesser if every child in this story and Naruto as a whole doesn't awaken their chakra at age 3 exactly? I mean really... if that is what it takes to pull you out of a fan-fic stop reading them right now for your own sanity. Given the context of him being reborn into this world from a God that granted him wishes... it is very easy to believe that he got sharingan at birth. It now involves the meddling of a God so it frankly makes sense given context. If there was no wish and he was just reborn as an Uchiha... then ya, big oops to do that.
