Yes however she still supplied the “monster of black plain” a high 2nd tier weapon which isn’t common in this region and greatly inhances his fighting capabilities. Now yes we as readers know he was gonna do that. But she doesnt. To her ”he used her as an opportunity” which killer the Walker family higher ups. Again we as readers know minos was doing this no matter what. But she doesn’t and she provided him an even stronger weapon.

It was stated back when Gloria found out that “Albert” was minos and in a way he used her ( even tho she was just added on to his already made trip ) to kill walker family higher ups. So to fix her accidental involvement which caused a massive issue which overall was her giving him a high 2nd tier weapon which has allowed him to use all of his power and then some. So she allowed the recall from outside region to come to fix said issue she now caused
