as you said the land of fire is bigger than America and to patrol all that territory it takes a lot of ninjas and expanding even more could be counter productive by having to send ninja from other borders for a territory they don't need, after all the land of fire is mostly forests if they need more food they can simply cut some of the forest to make some fields, the land of whirlpools would be useful to make a fortress but it's not needed

well these seals seem more problematic than her full demon form...it seems like a full downgrade to her last and most powerful weapon because completely losing her mind when fully transformed isn't worth it at all in a fight against a strong opponent...

had to look for it because I couldn't imagine the mix between a dragon and a "9"-tailed fox very well

btw that the system keeps calling her 'miss leader' is hilarious

give her "soul sight" a short name and you can say "using 'skill name' she looked around"
