I love my current life too much: my sister, my mother, and my teacher, that I won't risk it by fighting these shounen anime-esque battles with razor thin odds of victory. are you not used to writing from another characters pov? It doesn't really detract from the story heck i could even be overthinking it, Riel's internal thoughts and monologues feel more natural. for the mom and a few other times for other povs, its's kinda hard to explain but like even though its in 1st person it almost feels a bit too objective like it's a 3rd person observation and they're not the concerned party. man I'm bad at this. basically even though she's talking about the situation that just happened and the state of her body, it almost feels like it's not her. she felt more like a person from Riels's pov. Also, thanks for the chapter, ik writing can be pretty difficult and taxing, especially considering your releases are free.
Even if I was in a physical relationship with him, I am still his Mother whom he should respect. I'm still someone above him, the head of this household. I felt like he was disrespecting me, for him to pin me down while repeatedly smacking my ass around like he owned me.
