This doesn't make much sense to me. Wasn't it that only magnus knew of chaos and what it truly was? Wasn't the fact that Horus didn't know about chaos one of the reasons why he fell to it? Isnt the fact that the primarchs didnt know about chaos that they went around calling the emperor a liar and lorgar 'I only wanted the truth'? If there were random chaos infested worlds with cults and all that, ALL the primarchs would know of chaos. So the existence of such worlds in the start of the great crusade really bugs me.

Let me explain it better to you. How does mutation work? corrupt/changed DNA is the start. After that the cells thT have the defective DNA start duplicating, and over a long period of time you can develop a physical deformity because those cells (in the deformity) are derived from those original Cells with the corrupt DNA. Maybe it's not a deformity but something else. But for it to derive from changed DNA then you need time for the cells to multiply and spread the corrupt DNA. If you hit a person with gamma rays over a period of time they will be ok on the spot, but they will develop cancer later. Keyword later. And they are definitely not developing another arm or some sort of other mutation from the radiation. Ever. the only way for that to happen is if the person was subject to the radiation when they where originally taking shape. AKA in the starting stages of pregnancy.

The radiation doesnt cause mutation on the spot. It messes with your generic material and therefore has effects that will show later. The heat though could definitely deform him.

Also. If light was slowed down like that. Then surely Horizons brain would also slow down to the point that its almost shut off. Since the brain works by Neurons communicating to eachother through very small electrical signals and tugging on physical connections. Those would have been halted ever more than light. So horizon would be effectively brain dead in this period.

light would still move fast enough for him to see. light moves at 300 million meters a second. But he wouldnt be able to see correctly. Probably a lot of blurring or maybe twitching on and off. I honestly dont know. And this also goes against what you wrote before, about overhaul looking in the bauble and seeing Horizon move. Since if light was slowed down enough for Horizon not to be able to see, Light would not travel out fast enough to go into Overhauls eyes. Im sure you can see why this just doesnt work. This logic is weird and we cant have accurate prediction. But light being slowed down to a crawl and somehow blinding horizon doesnt make sense.

And as I said. Miruko fought against 4 nomu toe to toe. She was eventually critically injured but she did hold out for a decent amount of time. Something Dragon girl could not have done. Mirko is stronger.

was she really? I think miruko is decently stronger actually. And that was shown when she fought against 3-4 high ends for a good amount of time. Miruko probably solves more cases (had more fights) than Dragon girl too. But the only 'evidence' (not really evidence but closest thing to it) is that Rumi has been presented as woman who doesnt really like participating in tv shows, events, social media. Instead we know for sure that she likes fighting. Therefore it is highly likely that Rumi has solved cases while dragon girl was doing a photoshoot, add, anything with publicity. Rumi is probably high ranking not because of her publicity but due to her solved cases. Probably. Nothing which we can prove or have concrete evidence off.
