I can already imagine Wonder Woman fighting with the MC and suddenly the MC summons Heracles' bow and obtains her presence (Like when Shirou summoned Heracles' sword). Taking into account that Heracles already invaded and subdued Themyscira and the Amazons in the past, I think Wonder Woman will have a heart attack and even more so if she does it on a mission in Themyscira. (If he is still in the light group)

How about assimilating Emiya when facing a very powerful magician or a supernatural being like a dragon or a demon? Maybe he won't get all of Emiya's skills but a considerable percentage would be enough to give him some skills to defend himself, but above all it would give him the knowledge of Emiya and a guy who works for Alaya for so long that he no longer remembers his age, he has a lot of knowledge and experience dealing with the supernatural. (taking into account that the work of a counterguardian is more than normal, fixing errors in the timeline, foreign gods that invaded timelines,...etc)
