I depends on who is writing them. In one book is has guiliman towering giant dwarfing the primaris marine other write primarchs having to knell to come eye to eye with there sons. Even in the Horus heresy trailer it shows Horus being almost twice the size of a normal marine

Thunder warriors are bigger that first gen space marines around 9 feet with With primaris marines being the same size custodes being a little taller at 10 feet. I'm not sure which book it is but alpharius killed one of the custodes and wore his armor. Then you have big space marines like tyberos be like almost the size of primarchs

He’s more in the middle with primarch highest with alpharius being the smallest at like 10 feet volken being the tallest 16-18 feet. The bigger ones being almost twice there sons sangy being in the middle is around 12-14
