What is up with Chinese fanfictions saying this? I can tell the difference between oriental people just fine, but if they are twins then yes, I cannot tell the difference without getting to know them enough, so I do not know the difference with twins unless I get to know them. -Facepalm-

Indeed... White Skin if taken care of is actually the healthiest due to the climate of the west. Depending on the climate and how well you take care of yourself a white person who is in their 50s can look like they are still in their 30s... Tbh no skin color has a health advantage over the other except the pros and cons... Darker Skin can resist the heat better than lighter skin and lighter skin can get damaged too easily by the heat but white skin can absorb Vitamin D easier than other skin types. So honestly no skin color is better than the other.
