to any who are genuinely confused, this is from a chinese song which has became a meme, and no it is not saying the n-word as a racist joke. it is just how some words are pronounced. for example: (Ne-Ge 呢个) which is means "that". Or (Ne-Yi-Ge 呢一个) which also means "that" or "that one" depending on context. And it happens to sound like the n-word.

mostly depends on the parents, but for the most part: School, homework, after school learning programs, summer school, and maybe some extra work given by the parents. And this can be considered lenient.
