I’ not sure and have not considered your point of view. I consider self care and self love to be abstaining from technology and getting a good diet, sleep, workout, meditation and journal. I abhor working out. It’s not to fit peoples images, it’s for myself. A banging body is a just a side plus. The main advantage is you caring for the body. You try to give it the best condition and care. A good diet to not cannablise if you’re underrating, a good diet to not build useless fat if you’re overeating. Good sleep to relax the soul and repair the body. If you’re a teenager, grow. You can still grow, so eat well, sleep well, and work out if you want to feel fit and boost growth hormone response. Once you’ve done some of these self care stuff. Good looks come.

Pretty interesting. I was quiet reading this chapter. This Ren Zu story is hinting at something and will definitely return later. Actually loved how the author continued it, it was so unexpected hearing the clan leader blurt out the continuation of the story. I almost felt like it was breaking fourth character and felt horror. This Ren Zu story is horrifying me a little ngl. It was just so eerie how it continued on to the next part, as though the characters do not exist and are just pieces of cardboard built for explaining the tale.

Seriously Author, enough with the biceps 😅 the triceps are what makes the arm look big as they account for 2/3 of the size. If you want to talk about attractiveness then mention the delts/shoulders as they are one of the most aesthetic muscle groups for men.

Skin care, sleep, diet, low body fat percentage, right hairstyle for your specific face shape, Confidence. Even make up, don’ be ashamed to use make up if you are dude.
