I have read plenty of weak to strong stories on this cite, and more often than not the Mc is one of the heaviest hitters within 30 chapters. In this story He begins in his final year, at the bottom of the class. He remains at the bottom for the rest of the year. He is truly weak, and is given no special cheats to bridge the gap. It is through hard work, and the rigorous education of his sensei that he can even make graduation. This Mc is not over powered. This story does not keep him weak for ever. he still regularly interacts with his class after graduation and he becomes a very potent fighter for his year.

Ya In my daily life knowing the name of my city doesn’t matter at all. Doesn’t mean it’s not important to know.
