I 💯% agree with you. (this next part is for those who don't know) Heck just buying a second or even third hand tractor can still cost $6000 and at that price you still have to fix/replace parts. A new tractor can run from the 20,000 to 250,000 (depending on the size) on the low end. Then you get into those large combines for harvesting can range from used (small and old) 20,000 up to 1 million for a new more high end machine.

Lamb is a delicious meat. However, cooking it is VERY different from other meats. Its fat doesn't do well when cooking with most oils. Also, most of the off-putting smell/flavor people know comes when the fat has gone cold. My family loves to pan fry with a herb paste on it. We always salt the pan(not oil), and when hot enough, you start to cook.
