I know that translators of webnovel don't do thing illegally and they stay in touch with the authors so if I say my opinion here, I thought that it maybe heard by the author because this is his/her work and he has rights over novel,manhua and anime if it is released in the future so the thing is that it is a big community so even if it is drawn by another group then they might find out about my opinion. They are free to listen to my opinion about fine tuning the character designs or not heed it at all. The thing about art is that it may look fine to you but it may not look so great to other and they are free to say it and that's not that not mean they hate the manhua.
