So, Do the heroes, or people in general, have a higher base power or more resistant body? if not, can't our MC easily kill anyone or at least paralyze anyone with his powers if they have a biological body? Since he can affect the electric impulses in the neurons, and at the microscopic level, he can like, just control people's body and mind like a puppet lol And there's another stuff called electromagnetism.......😂 He can literally mimic magneto at high enough proficiency, as electricity does produce magnetic field too I just have to say, being able to fully control electricity is a LOT, I mean A LOT LOT more than just electric beams, fast movement etc. But I have hope in Joker to use this absolutely broken power in unseen ways never imagined in the field of fiction! I think that's just the Kishimoto exaggerating for the sake of being able to compare naruto to DBZ and stuff. Because let's be honest, if one can move at the speed of light, the show would have ended without boruto happening due to force exerted by him moving in the speed of light.
