i read up to 56 and i disliked most of it. the cliche turn wasnt to my taste and tbh if i wanted something like that i have many many novels with cliche turns like that which are more my style. you did good though, if it wasnt for that cliche moment i think i could have gotten really into the novel, hope you continue and do well in the future chapters

overall it was decent. had a solid start with only a few minor cringe moments that where fine. unfortunatly at chapter 49 it changed. from the start it was quite a similar feeling to "The beginning after the end", but at chapter 49 it just straight copied with the only difference being the method of seperation from his parents. (btw copied losely, like it wasnt word for word but it was the near exact same situation and annoying cliche shit). I know authors like to add conflict and need to do it for the plot, but you actually dont. adding a forced section just for "plot" is dumb, 1 its cliche and personally pisses me off, but 2 if it went down the more pieceful route of actually completing the journey "plot" can still happen. Conflicts at the city, training against stronger and better people, etc. Writing quality was decent, a few mistakes and oddly worded sentences but nothing that majorly affected anything. Characters where decent, had a few laughs as well as a few cringe moments but not bad ones. Dynamic between parents was sometimes odd but overall they where better than the mc himself. World is good, explains the systems decently well and is intresting. The mc is fine, but not to my tastes massively. To me it was very unatural and weird that the moment he reincarnated he cried at having parents. like at least wait a few years for feelings to develop. He was also a little weird with his logic, like he would train to get stronger seemingly having novel knowledge but then gives himself a bunch of obvious red flags. he was also a little too childish for me, now i dont mind them having fun but he was too into the child roll for someone with his mental age. The only major problem i have with the story was the chapter 49 part. it ruined it, was unoriginal and boring, and personally would have much rather seen him be with his family and learning stuff their than useless and plot armour driven forced combat.

was good up till here, its just turning out to be a beginning after the end rip off, like why. its not only cliche like the title says but its a bad cliche that just ruins it. unfortunate it went down the predictable route of forcing conflict and likely going to replace any hard work or talent he has with plot armour.

ive read some of those, like i might be a fake cultivator and chaotic sword god, i started library of heavens path but didnt get too into it. tbh novels like that would be quite hard to do a ff on, there are so many power levels and information that need to be taken in to acount with every step. they are also super long novels so planning ahead is super hard and tedius. i would be quite tempted by "bringing the farm to live in another world" or "Apothesis" since i really enjoyed them but large cultivations ones like that would require a lot of research and time since i would activly need to read the whole thing then constantly check back and forth and wiki and stuff. its a maybe but unlikely for those long ones, shorter ones like battle through the heavens are more likely.

so far ive done a "beginning after the end" tho thats on hold/dropped due to time. right now i'm doing a black clover one but its a personal thing i just chill on in free time and not something i plan to upload right now. i do really wanna do some cultivation ff's like "tales of demons and gods", "battle through the heavens", and some others but again that takes a lot of time. maybe in future i will do a cultivation ff, i would really like to do one

yh he condensed his mana from when he didnt have a core yet. when he awakened, that condensed mana created his mana core. which i think was when he was 2. so its been around a year or something since then. dont forget he doesnt spend every second working on his mana, he splits time between, physical, training, enjoying his life as a child and then magic devopment.

in the original? cause i made it up. it never really mentions there is ki, he only says that mana is similar to ki in his previous life. i added ki in this world myself and added to it and that it has these effects.

same, ive been struggling recently to read it. its just become quite average and taking on more and more cliche/standard stuff like the memories, stupid conflict's, the standard where people have been secretly cultivating. i'm also just tempted to drop, but drop in general. it started really good but just fallen off a lot since the dreams.

standard, kinda disapointing. was hoping for a more original reveal or for Yuan to just be the only spirit master.

well personally i'm really bad at remembering names and so are a lot of people. like i dont know about you but i read at least 1 manhwa/manga per day, or contiunue reading one from previous day, then I also watch normally 1 anime per day and maybe a few chapters of a light novel. I feel its really unrealistic to be able to remember every characters name, especially when they arn't main cast and only appear every once in a while. For this situation I imagined it a bit similar except well, 1 he did all that before he died and 2 has already spent multiple years in this world never having refreshed his memory on names. like he needs to remember as many details about the world he can. Names are less important to try to remember than key locations and times. As such he didn't remember their names just what they do and when they do it, since thats more important.

doing it based off novel is so much extra effort compared to the manhwa, and its just more effort in general to read. i think the manhwa does more than enough for me to base it on.
