You can develop his ice magic like add the time magic and create some time freeze spell like the girl from Akame ga kill or add arc of embodiment and give life to his magic like Elsa from Frozen. Idc as long as you keep his powers under one theme.

In what form is he? Because from what I know the fourth form of Freeza (4th) should be the base form for him if he is equal to Freeza and the other forms beside the gold and black transformations are just there to seal his power. (also the platinum form that I saw in some places, but I don't know much about it)
