Its a fun story, but the system ruins it. He's too reliant on the system as it gives him everything he needs and he constantly follows its suggestions. It tells him what formations they should use, however to play, what players to invest in and so on. It really feels dull since the protagonist could be anyone who follows the systems advice blindly.

If he's gone this long without being discovered he should assume MC already has concealing skills, no?

This chapter could be cut in half of you trim out the useless fluff and repetition .

...Is it worth it to continue the novel when I'm already this annoyed? Does the author keep repeating information in an obnoxious way going forward?

Can't he see the process of making the carving with his artisan skill, like he did when he saw his old master make a sculpture? Should be easy to identify who made this.

This is information they can easily acquire, so he might as well say it directly to lend him a sense of credibility and honesty. It's not making him look any more suspicious, since they're already here to question him about the matter and knows he has a connection to him.
