I understand he wants to be a well.off person and not work so hard.but he does remember their is a future war the jedi lose and then get hunted down if they have the force or forced to become a sith. unless he plans to somehow reveal sidious as a lazy loser with no credit or reputation then yeah he ethier gonna be killed or become a sith thru torture. he ether leave and eventually gets hunted down as an under trained jedi with no sword skills or force powers since he was to.lazy to make his future better. I just dont understand why people think being lazy is meant to be pathetic. lazy people figure out how to work easier not just be a pathetic idiot who knows the future yet still is doing nothing to.make his future easier and instead just gonna die at 20 cause he wants to be lazy in the pathetic way
