The thing about Jerthrax is that even though he should qualify as a beast, he progresses the same way humans progress (it's mentioned in the battle across Null Remnants). That's why he has Classes and Blessing and all. However, Stages essentially don't matter to him because he uses Divine energy and can create Rules. The combination of his Herald powers and natural strength puts him at the peak, but of course, as far as dragons go, he was pretty young, as Sause said.

Rather than different, it's more apt to say, when something from the Null Verse is graded with the Aigas ranking system, its actual grade is one grade higher. for instance, if a Null sword is graded as Rare, it's actually Legendary.

In terms of Affinity, when a concept is graded E to S, that is not a measure of its power. It's more like how proficient Skullius/Replicus is at wielding it. It's not a rank of the concept's power.I didn't create a precise ranking for elements and concepts because that would be a little too much and it isn't really needed.However, I use words like 'high level' and 'Rule level' to define how strong a concept or essence is compared to regular ones like fire. Since the ranking of lower concepts hasn't been important in the story, I didn't bother with giving too much rankings But 'Rule level' concepts I think are quite clear. They are on the same level as the foundational Rules that keep a world stable, like Time.
