Just enjoy reading as a recreational activity. Zero tolerance rule for Harems, though. I don’t care what amount of time has been invested, I see harem, I drop the novel. Professionals have standards.

What’s up with the missing extras?
The lessons learned were not pathetic, the initial condescending response to the review was. Your dedication as an author though is commendable, just so long as one is willing to learn from their mistakes, rather than overlook them. Best of luck to your future writing endeavours.
That you’re surprised about getting negative reviews when you went back on your word. Whether the book ended up as a harem or not, there are people like this reviews poster who felt betrayed because you as the author doubled back on your word. Trust in your statements will now be doubted, and I have no doubt that quite a few will not return to your future novels because of it. That’s why it’s pathetic. Have some integrity and commitment when you decide to state something, because trust can’t simply be fixed because the novel just happened to “turn out that way”.
Pathetic.
Is the scar on the MC’s face a schmisse? Because if so, then the author has got a good eye for historical detail.
I swear I’ve been spoiled by the dao of ChatGPT, gender mishaps used to be easy to overlook, but now I can’t stand them.
He’s done it with 3 girls and married to 2 of them where I’m at.
Nationalism right from the start, huh?
Why did the story have to devolve into a harem? Is it that hard to commit to having a mediocre to decent romance subplot? If as an author you’re going to introduce a harem aspect into your story, at the very least, PLEASE have it hinted to within the first 100 chapters, not when it is well past 350. I, and I assume many other individuals as well, don’t enjoy having to abandon our sunk time costs, it is a highly bitter feeling.
