No it is not, in the nuances.

"It's not that father isn't ambitious," Sylas said lightly, "it's rather that he has no reason to be, he is easily content, and that's a good trait to have."

He Tristan considering that it is his responsibility to kill Boyd if he doesn’t control his bloodlist well? Even Tristan wouldn’t allow a murder machine run wild, especially if he created said murder machine.

Tristan looked at him a bit surprised. "You want to do it now?"

Karl focused on his taming space, and Hawk appeared, disgruntled about having been left behind. The training area was part of the circle around the academy though, so he had only been a kilometre away, and could have been back in a matter of minutes.

A km takes minutes? Top spped of a hawk is 120 mp/h (Not all of them), but this is a wind hawk in common lvl so lets say 120; x 1.6 : 3.6= 53 m/s It takes 20 seconds max even if you forget that it’s almost awakened and that the wind element would probably make its speed higher then 120 mp/h

This js just annoying. You made him excessively stupid with ignoring things he himself accepted as good information after the smallest things happend. Only to build up to this ‘enlightenment`.

'The law of the jungle. I should have known from the start. In fact, I did know. I was just too ignorant and naive to realise it. There are signs of it everywhere. The most powerful Awakened stand at the top, like the city lord or Albert or the captain of the guards. This is a fact that even extends to the federation! Average unawakened people may have been able to make a place for themselves in the higher ranks of the federation a few hundred years ago, but after the Awakened returned there has been no such thing.'

Idk what you plan to do with your novel? First you make the character feel he is guaranteed dead by bad education. Make him remember that important bit of info he got from that cop and afterwards you also focus in on the tip from the blacksmith. While you have all this PLUS not needing beast cores other then money since he gets soul cores. You make the guy greedy af. I get naivety, but we clearly sherd past the layer where he was so naïve to follow this along.

But even though Alex felt Raymond and Joanne were suspicious, he still went along with it. The rewards for this mission were just too desirable to give up on just because of some unconfirmed suspicions.

"According to Genin Takuma, he passed on the knife with the touchmark to the case officer handling his assassination case. However, I'm sure I'd heard that ROOT had performed an operation inside the village against one of our own. Seeing that I wasn't aware of it until his report can only mean a few things..."

"Find me the best sketch artist this city can offer," Kon replied. "I want that little shit's face one very street corner. I want every shinobi in this city to memorise his face. I want a hefty reward on him—taken alive! Whenever anyone in this city steps out of their houses, I want them looking for one face in the crowd. He's a shinobi far from home; I want him to feel every ounce of hostility about where he is."

Under ordinary circumstances, Nero was very particular about maintaining his awareness of his surroundings. Nearly dying an excruciatingly painful death because he accidentally stepped on a barely visible blade of grass once was enough to ingrain the habit deep in him. It was something he actively and consciously trained, and not something that just appeared in him overnight.

Havaal nodded and retrieved a Blank Template card, which was the same size as all the other cards, approximately 6.3 cm wide (2.5 inches) and 8.8 cm long (3.5 inches). Although this was the first time Nero was laying eyes on a real Blank Template card, he knew its appearance by heart.

Quirrell suddenly seemed to have an idea, and although Ethan felt the urge to peek in his Professor's mind to see what was going through his mind, he refrained as Quirrell exclaimed, "How about a challenge? If anyone manages to learn Custodia Malum before the end of the year exams, they will automatically receive an Outstanding for their year!"

You were saying there were a dozen of merchants a day coming for his items. Such action wouldn’t require 10 gaurds per person since quite a few use the same route. Using the same route merchants would then go group together to make the trip more profitable. Or you are telling me there were 400 guests dayly?

I visited the drugstore in the city of Glorya, and after having a similar interaction to the one I had in Speranza, I ended up giving the owner, Calum, one of my "Delivery Tablets" to vastly reduce the price of my potions.

I was starting to like this story in the beginning and sorry for complaining so much, but this guy has a save the world mentality placing all blame on himself if he doesn’t go spend every second helping others.

Commander Thomas' story taught me that. If I hadn't been selfish from the beginning, and I had traveled to the other cities with my potions like Mr. Olliver recommended, I could have saved not only the commander's daughter but plenty of other people.
