Writer, reader, student. Have to prioritize being a student for now, but plan to keep a few releases for my stories each week

No clue since that information wasn't shared with the tidbit but based on Moody's character (the fact that he kept all the scars he recieved) he most likely treated his injuries as both trophies like that of the Wakandans and Kill Monger in Marvel and also used it to induce a fear factor in lesser dark wizards after all being hunted down by a grumpy, decrepit/demonic looking man who's most likely stronger than you is going to scare a lot of folks, though there could also be curses that were specifically designed to stop a limbs Regrowth though one would think that Dumbledore would've gone out of his way to break that curse for his friend. The final reason I can think of is that one or more of the ingredients are pretty pricey and Mad Eye probably didn't want to invest his money into that compared to his alcohol and dark art counter artifacts and whatnot that he spent most of his life collecting (a lot of his equipment against dark wizards has been noted to be extremely costly and he usually had nearly several dozen of the same item in the risk that one or more began malfunctioning).
St. Mungo's can regrow the limb. I can't remember if it was mentioned in the books or as tidbit lore through one of the games but there's a potion made from salamanders/newts that can allow lost limbs to be regrown.
Hopefully it's a year or two after Bruno finishes the Turks and is already marching towards France before US begins moving and then Germany just needs to take out Britain before sailing across the sea
Even if they tried to match up to the advanced German war machines, these allied tanks should still be suffering from issues like too much weight for engine level since it so far appears that Bruno has most control over those producing engines, which means even if the allies break through line again, most of their tanks will break down as they travel, meaning there's enough time for Central Powers to send armored reinforcements to them. Also notice how the first loss occurs roughly as soon as they change their names to Central Powers, possibly a cursed name 🤔🤣
Preach brother!
This is truth, but total BS! This is NOT the way, the only reason why fear tactics didn't work in the past is cause up until the last 50 to 100ish years we had extreme difficulties actually catching criminals, and now most of the people we catch are criminals. (I won't deny there are still some innocent that get prisoned but they are a minority compared to the statistics of the past.) As such we should be dealing harsher punishments so as to discourage future criminals from following that path. Plus, just like in the super hero comics, as long as one let's a villian live not only will more people suffer, but more criminals will come and rally around them till eventually you have hundreds of monsters and 1 hero. In reality, that 1 hero would and is always killed so I say down with the monsters!
Just finished a semester heavily focused on writing courses and the one thing all of my classes kept saying is the author is just the scribe of the story, all we do is write down and good authors are able to allow the story to live on their own without interference. I feel you have successfully done this hence I say ignore anyone who says you the author are forcing a plot or agenda, keep up the amazing work!
