This is a problem. This is the reason why America has such bad prisons and the the highest prisoner to population ratio in the world. Their is nobody to lobby on behalf of the prisoners or inmates. A way to improve the system is to disfranchise them temporarily, like for 5-10 years.
Anyone convicted of a felony was illegible to vote in the future. As such, they were also losing their say in how society was run, assuming they met the qualifications to be a member of the electorate in the first place. - Prideful_Fox2yrReplied to 1Volk_Winc_est4
But the problem is that if the punishment takes too long the criminal can become institutionalized. The criminal is unable to adjust to the real world and is forced into old habits to survive or becomes highly depressed and commits suicide.
As for non-violent crime, it would entirely depend on the crime that had been committed. For example, if one were to be convicted of theft, they would lose the hand they used to steal the item. Others included imprisonment for a limited duration, assuming they survived the backbreaking work given to prisoners. They would either fear going back to such a hell or become a repeat offender, thus adding to their three strikes. - Prideful_Fox2yrCommented
Brittan had a similar policy but instead of death they sent them to Australia. There is a record of a man using all three strikes on trying to steal the same duck.
There was a three-strike rule in place for this system when it came to felonies of all kinds. If convicted three times of a felony, they would be sentenced to death, just like the gangsters, murderers, kidnappers, and rapists. - Prideful_Fox2yrReplied to Benrex777
It detects density changes. If you are using gravity survey and you detect a decrease in gravity then their is a cave their or it is a material changing into less dense or pourous material.

Detecting gravity is actually used in Geophysics to find caves or dense mineral deposits.
