World building (its just Young Justise no changes), the Omnitrix doesnt have core fanctions like dna Scan ,the aliens are nerf to about street level (Big chill not freezing mister twister) ,the tranformation looks to be random all the time(at least let him choose once in a while) ,first time seeing an underpowered Omnitrix user ,its not fun to read(as dc and ben10 fun)

yes but with the debuff he cant do damage to someone stronger than him (with 300% damage reduction )it would be weird .For example if vali saw him beat someone weaker than him ,with 200% damage buff Vali will want to fight him but because Vali would be stronger he will have the debuff and it would be strange how he was stronger a momment ago and now he got weaker.

why nerf the Gamer so much .In the world of dxd no less ,the damage buff when the enemy is weaker than him is not needed ,the debuff when the enemy is stronger than him is too much how will he survive kokabiel who is a Cadre ,with just the debuff issei will die in one hit(if you dont nerf the level of a 10 winged fallen, i dont see issei surviving)

thanks for the chapter! He wanted power to become a hero and got a system for it, he didnt even start exploring the powers that the system can give him and he will give it away because All might chose him as the next user of OFA (he is not the same all might fanboy that deku is at the anime) kinda hard to see it happening.
