Unfortunately, Tobias was only able to create those three for Mirko and his parents because of how stamina-intensive it was, and he hadn't gotten around to making one for him or Kyoka, but he would. He had decided to go for a Noibat for Kyoka since it fits well with her quirk and also Noivern is a powerhouse while also being able to fly, thus giving Kyoka more mobility.
