At chapter 90 smthn and I just have a hard time continuing. The MC constantly using his inner voice to manipulate everyone while still claiming they're important to him. Then all the "Heroines" not catching on to tge fact that he can choose what he says with his inner voice even though they get to know him more and more. I don't know if the author is trying to go for an Evil Manipulative MC or Neutral one. And now the latest plot point with Akeno and Baraqiel where he dosen't want them to make up for some reason and even painting the father as if he was an evil mastermind while he himeself is one in this scenario. The hypocrisy is making this bad asf.

Or maybe he is the Illegitimate child but dosen't have the Martial Soul soo it's not proven ?

BTTH is all about alchemy and Heavenly Flames soo no wonder fics are all about them
