the real problem go be when the expert mechs who left and join the branch realize lost out on chance to get a companion spirit. my vote for first companion spirit is between casella and what the name of pilot of the Prometheus. Ace pilots powerful and all but MTA doesn't allow that he owns the LMC and the clan exclusive mechs he played a part in designing are his under the MTA. Ark may become an ace but he cannot go against the person who created the mec that let him become an Ace his will will shatter plus living mechs somehow I feel he gonna get a mech that have Goldie as primary design spirit

it also has to do with fact based on Marvaine currently he is ves basically if his mother wasn't wounded. Ves was supposed to be a mech pilot from birth and based on his spirituality I figure he prob would have been basically Joshua with life affinity if he became a an expert mech. You realize that right his devious side he get from his mother and his need for combat he got from Larkinson Ancestor. I sure that would make a powerful living artifact
