Soon enough he chanced upon a lake with clean water, unlike murky water he also saw on the way here. Looking down into the water he could at least see his appearance. To be honest he estimated himself to be a little over a foot long and seemed to still be quite young. What really suprised him was that he had heterochromia. Wellll, it's not just drugs and organs that make up the underworld, there's a lot more to it. racketeering, protection markets, illegal products and services, tax collection, human trafficking, slave dealings and much much more just IRL. him having started the underworld afresh would have to mean that not only did he deal with the heads of the snakes but also their burrows. In this case, it would mean he had gone and removed their sources of profit and production, drugs, guns, ammunition, etc as well as getting rid of the entire polluted community. Having dealt with all that, I don't think anyone would have the balls to do something that went against the status quo he set up, he would, quite certainly, be looked at like a god.
Although he brought the underworld back, he made it much purer than it had ever been in the past. Drugs and illegal activities would have to be accepted by him to be continued and if they did it anyway a fate worse than death awaited them. Organ trafficking is such that hadn't been accepted by Zhu Shin whenever it was asked. - Graced_Villain3yrCommented

Zhu Shin was an infamous figure in the modern world, almost everyone knew his name. He took down the underworld and brought it back up. Most common people only knew that part and thought he was a cruel, merciless person. - Graced_Villain3yrCommented

Lesson learnt rather quickly
She was brought back to cell 1, which was thoroughly cleaned of all the blood and was ready for use again. This time, nobody was assigned in the cell with her. It didn't bother her.
