This story is taking place a bit before canon, but with an alternate history! Ein at the moment is purely human, (but that will change very quickly.). Between Ruby and the MC, their stats would not be comparable as they both are right now, especially accounting for semblances, or in Ein's case, lack of semblance. Remnant humans on average are much stronger than Earth humans by virtue of circumstances. If we converted it into stats, then Earth humans would have 2 strength on average, while Remnant humans would have 5 on average. Hope that answer's good to you!
