The room was bright from the glare put off by the television as old cartoons and forgotten shows competed with made for television commercials and the light from a computer screen. Not that I noticed any of it. I passed out, completely unmoving, snoring loudly on the bed, as I hugged a waifu pillow in my sleep. From the corner of the room, an old screen saver of a ball moved through a digital maze on the Desktop I used for homework after I’d left running.
