With those descriptions, I would never have guessed what that world was if no one had told me. The power levels in that series are so unbalanced if you only watch the anime.

In any average anime world, sure, but in one where physics actually exists and the characters don't have a hole in their brains, it's a broken ability that, pushed to the limit, could even allow for time manipulation.
