Damn, I hadn't thought about it, but all the JoJo's stories can really be summarized like that. They're truly bizarre when you realize everything that goes on.
With those descriptions, I would never have guessed what that world was if no one had told me. The power levels in that series are so unbalanced if you only watch the anime.
