Difference in culture really. Chinese people would say "Da Jie"(older sister) or "Da Ge"(older brother) instead of auntie or uncle. Naturally, you can qlso call them auntie or uncle but that would be because you are close to them. I you would call a random woman auntie, it would sound rude and therefore people would call them sister to be respectful. Auntie makes them sound old and such. You would see this in many chinese works so don't be surprised if they call each other sister or big brother but isn't really related.

Would be 4.5 - 4.7ish read. Not going to spoil the novel but I don't think this is a fanfiction. Though it does feel like an original novel, maybe a translation? Its not really slow per se. Think of all the blaster bolts we see on screen in film and tv shows as modern day tracers. Also I think it was canon where Jedi can't actually see blaster bolts but can "feel" them with their uncanny senory ability

I'm not being critical btw, just some personal thoughts. This is a Fanfic after all so take this with a light heart. -------- SHIELD shouldn't have any soldiers. They are an "intelligence agency" and is supervised by the WSC. It would be a huge red flag if SHIELD has soldiers. They can have a Task Force (like their STRIKE teams), which is mainly for "counter-terrorism" or Agents. Fury can train agents as soldiers but they should still be Agents officially. As for elite soldiers, that would be the Strike Team.

from a certain perspective yes politicians are rich, but most of them dont even get good pay. The corrupt ones are the richer ones, while the ones who play with the law are not that rich and less could be said for the ones who are honest. Also even if you have a million dollars saved up it will quickly be used up in a year or two. Salary also depends on position. The smaller the position the less pay, though you do get pensions after your term.

Although the raws are incomplete because its still ongoing, the overall story is great.

Interesting, I didnt expect them to make a manhua adaptation of Top Tier Providence, Secretly Cultivate for a Thousand Years. Currently CH 1000/1133 of WN. The WN is good and I hope the manhua is hoing to be good too. So far I am enjoying the adaptation.
