Well, consider the two sides: Elf: lost a duel, got angry and sneak attacked mc with the intend and action of killing him. Mc: lol, remove clothes but not underwear and go back to the college Me: Now that doesn’t seem fair now does it? I mean he tried to kill you! Consider this. If the president was in his bulletproof car, and a gunman pulls out an automatic rifle and blasts the car windows with bullets. Of course, considering the strength of the windows, nothing happens to the president and everybody knew it so nobody was afraid for the president’s life. Tell me, would the gunman not be accused of attempted murder and treated accordingly?? Now considering this is a much more brutal world than our modern society, shouldn’t punishments for such actions be a lot higher. Maybe my writing is really bad, but in the prev chapter I had said that 5 had died. In this chapt, he learns that in reality 7 had died, compared to the original 5, as 2 more had died while he was away... Hope this helps
