not sure why he selectively activate it. personally I would do like a computer search for the safest and highest overclock I can use underload and use it permanently and following that set level of overclocking following my need like one short boost overclock maybe like 30minute that burden the equipment but due to the short duration its ok a second longer for crisis and extreme where it's all or nothing
