Since people dont want him to be a skeleton, his true form can be him gaining 6pair of wings made out of pure death energy and obsidian colorered bone armor (it's also infused with all the essence of minerals from the underworld since one of his divinity is riches) then a crown made out of pure death energy as well.

Hades[Embodiment] Divinty: the underworld, Death/Dead, [The underworld] The underworlds corruption: as the embodiment of the underworld itself his mere presence subverts the area around him into his realm of the underworld which he could manipulaye to his will Godking's Authority: His authority as the godking of the underworld allows him to utilize the memories and the skill of those who reside the underworld as his own and this can be empowered by the jack of all trades [Death/Dead] The fear of Death: The living has an instinctual fear of death and Hades can use this to confuse and disrupt his enemies The end of all things is death: Hades can effectively make all attacks die before it can even touch him(depend on power level of course and if his enemy has the same level of understsding in law he can still make attacks die but itll cost divine energy if above he can atmost weaken the attack) Can't outrun death: The say you can't outrun death, Hades can use this to be one of the fatest god around Death comes for you Hades can use this to inflict a curse on someone where they feel their impending doom and that death is coming for them to cause paranoia Hope this helps

I think u need to make hades stay more in his home universe, focus more on greek mythology and make the other characters there more 3 diminsional and not only to make the mc look good. Make them actually compelljng characters and maybe develop their personality and divinity along with the mc's since most readers i think are interested in god mcs because they want to see divinity and how it works how it can be developed. Your hades as of now is sung jin woo and gojo and not really hades, we havent really seen your version of hades yet, just a weird fusion between sung jin woo, gojo and a minecrafter. Develop his Og divinities before adding others and then after all that introduce other pantheons and primordials add yahew and lucifer and the endless if you want, his home unverse is so full of potential yet ur neglecting it. After he outgrows his verse go to universes that would challenge him like a cultivator universe or novels with high power scalling like warlock of a magus world.

For a general type subordinate you could go Poison Ivy(Pamela Isly) A druid that can control nature and create monsters out of nature For a Scientist subordinate you could go for Skynet. It'll be a hivemind with its main core at the center of the MC'S future base.
