I think it's quite obvious why people are annoyed. The guy is posting chapters weekly one by one as if its his work. I'm not sure if fanfic authors on this site get any benefits, but if they exist, this guy is reaping them. And let's not forget that anyone who really wants to read this novel can easily find it with a simple search. Either you're the author's alt account or a naive fool.

A continuation of the original that plays a tedious balance between heartbreaking and light-hearted. I find that there is a bit too much highschool drama for my liking, but the writing is not of your average Webnovel author. Thoughtful and well-crafted writing.

A rehash of the original story with all of the same **** drama and stilted dialogue. Despite the introduction of the new OC, the story frustratingly stays the exact same, with the OC serving as an annoying hype man to Korra. When viewed in light of LoK, this is an alright fanfic with the world development on point. However, when compared to the punchy and mature character development from ATLA, this is rather lacking.
