Writing the request down, I made sure to give myself some flexibility. Delsin's power on its own was good, but I wanted to make it better. From now on I wanted to be able to take abilities/powers, copy abilities/powers, bestow abilities/powers on others, and destroy abilities/powers of others at will. Adding on Cole's ability to control electricity and his future powers, I would easily be able to gather strength in secret till I was ready.
