I link the story don't get me wrong it's great but I feel like it's really rushed. I mean we've barely established the characters and their relationships. The world building is quick and simplified when it appears. It's a great story I just feel like it should have taken longer to establish itself. like where we are out now shouldn't have been till about chapter 40. Enough complaining though. Thanks for the chapter .
my only gripe with this novel, and I know I'm kinda nitpicking, is that they keep swapping between she/her and he/him in regards to Hearts Slayer. Wasn't it established Heart Slayer way feminine? Then please stay that way.
Good luck. We'll be waiting.
This review is based off of my own taste and the first 40 chapters of the Trial Read. The novel starts out with a mild and brief introduction that lets you know just a bit about the MC and slight details of his immediate area, i.e. his starting town/city. I then quickly as escalates to the meat of the story with few details added. This doesn't necessarily feel rushed though due to the sparsely provided details thus far .The MC is given clear goals moving forward and his motivation, although now given broad measure, is well represented through brief moments . This is definitely a weak to overpowered situation and it happens in quick turn with little stagnation . There isn't much focus on his fighting strength or other qualities. The star of this novel up to this point is most definitely his forging . I would recommend giving a read to at least chapter 10 and then if you don't like it you can at least say you tried . Sorry if I dragged on a bit it's my first review .
